Community engagement

Help connect the FDTC with neighbors and local organizations.

Neighborhood organizing

Be a local point of contact and help neighbors get involved.

Public service

Serve on a town board or commission.

Farmington’s appointed boards and commissions help shape local decisions in areas including economic development, housing, conservation, historic preservation and human relations.

You do not need to be a town committee member to express interest. The Town maintains official information about its boards and commissions, while the FDTC can receive inquiries from Democrats interested in appointed public service.
