These events, presented by Farmington High School Student Representatives always prove to be very informative.

We’re down to 21 days until Election Day. You know what that means: our candidates are counting on you to help them reach your neighbors, friends, and fellow voters across Farmington.

Can you give 30-60 minutes this week to help with:

1) phone calls (you can make them from home or at our headquarters),

2) doorknocking,

3) putting up lawn signs,

4) helping to plan parties for fundraising, or

5) admin support at headquarters (dropping off food, taking inventory of supplies, and helping with mailings)?

The headquarters is located in the Riverfront Mini Golf plaza on the corner of Route 4/Farmington Ave. and River Rd (218 River Rd – red building).

October 4th Fundraising Event

Farmington incumbent and 2nd District Town Council candidate Patti Boye-Williams, Connecticut’s 5th District US Representative Jahana Hayes, incumbent and Town Planning and Zoning candidate Inez St. James and Connecticut State Representative Mike Demicco at the October 4th Fundraiser.

On the evening of October 4th, the Farmington Democratic Candidates were joined by many Farmington Democratic Town Committee members and friends from Farmington and other communities for a fantastic event.

Among the many special guests was US Representative from Connecticut’s 5th District, Jahana Hayes. Jahana addressed the crowd, optimistically speaking about the future of Connecticut and her love and support for Farmington. Afterwards, she spoke individually with nearly everyone there.

A Trolley Ride to Suburban Park

Barbara Marsh, an Alternate Commissioner on the Unionville Historic District Commission brings this October 20th event to the attention of our members and all residents of Farmington. This is an event with activities for families as well as those interested in Farmington’s past and future.
